Privacy Policy

Barros Cleaning Services uses the information you submit to review your cleaning estimate request, contact you, and coordinate requested services. This may include your name, phone number, email, property details, optional photos, and referral information.

Your estimate information

Estimate requests are stored in our WordPress system and are available to authorized administrators. Request details are sent to our business email. Uploaded photos are stored privately and require administrator access; they are not added to the public media library. Do not include sensitive documents or images unrelated to your cleaning request.

Service providers and website operation

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate this website and deliver messages. The estimate form uses security controls to reduce spam. Your form entries remain on the open page if submission fails; they are not saved in browser storage by this form. Closing or reloading the page may clear unsent entries.

Contact and requests

To ask about your submitted information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission to be contacted about your estimate, email barroscleaningserv@gmail.com or call or text (650) 436-8889. Please do not include additional sensitive information in your message.
